Don't want to continue to pay hourly rates? We offer support packages for repeat customers. All three of our packages include once a week data backups of servers and any other on-site data you consider important. All backups are kept off site.

When we come to you:

• $95.00 per hour (1 hour minimum)
• $20.00 trip trip charge (in some cases)
• Sundays / Holidays are double time ($95.00 x 2)

When you come to us:

• $60.00 per hour ($50 minimum)
• 5 hour maximum charge in most cases
